"Bullfrog Snot" is a liquid rubber product which allows you to easily coat a locomotive drive wheel for improved traction and pulling power. Applied properly, it creates a very thin, smooth rubberized coating on the tread of a drive wheel.
It is very important to follow instructions in order to produce a smooth surface with no irregularities, but it is not at all difficult to do.
